Registration Information for the 2022-2023 School Year



*Make sure you select the 23/24 school year from the drop down, when you begin registration.


  1. Complete the online registration forms through your ParentVue account. Information to create or access your account is located at the bottom of this page.
  2. Sign up for a screening date (mandatory) - Once you complete the online registration you will receive an email with a link to sign up for a screening date and time.
  3. Turn in all required documentation - if you did not upload your documents, you will need to turn them into the primary school office.

**Steps 1-3 must be completed before your child will be assigned a teacher**


We are also now accepting PRESCHOOL & TRANSITION K for 2023-2024.

Placement for Preschool & Transition Kindergarten is reserved for students who qualify for special education services and will have a limited number of reverse mainstream students. If you have a Preschool/TK aged child that does NOT qualify for special education and you would like to apply to have them be a reverse mainstream student, please fill out this form and return it to the Jack Daley Primary School Office before May 12th, 2023 (do not use the online registration system for reverse mainstream students at this time).



Returning Students Annual Registration & Information Verification for 1st and 2nd grade for 2023 - 2024 will open after July 1, 2023.

Student Registration


Returning Students: If you have moved, please make sure you have a new proof of residency.

                                     We will also need updated immunization records if your child has received any recently.


New Students:  You will need a proof of residency, immunization records, and a birth certificate.

New Family

If you are a brand NEW FAMILY to our district, meaning you have NEVER had a child in our school district before, you will need to create a new account using this link.

Once you click on the link, click on the grey bar below the login button that says, “Click here if you do not have an account, need to activate your account. or have forgotten your password”(see picture below) and then click on Create a New Account and follow the prompts. Once your account is created, use the Online Registration/Verification link to start the registration process.

Returning Family

If your student is returning or you have had ANY student in our school district at anytime over the past 10 years (does not have to be the student you are registering now), then you are considered a RETURNING FAMILY* and should use this link to access your ParentVue account.


If as a returning family, you do not know your ParentVue account information or have never set one up, please follow the steps below:

  • Try using the forgot password link. If you have access to the email address that is on file in our system, you will be emailed your account information.

  • If the forgot password link does not work for you or you have never set up an account, please contact the office of where your child will be attending or the District Office.

Please DO NOT create a new account if you have had a student in our school district before as this will only delay the registration process as it will create a duplicate parent/student record.
