Tips for Submitting Open Enrollment Applications- Via Email
1. If you Edit the document and type the information, please make sure that you "SIGN" the document before sending it back. Typing your signature will NOT be accepted as a signature.
2. If you don't have access to a scanner there is a FREE app called CamScanner that works well. It will turn a picture into a PDF document. It is simple to use.
3. If you would like to take a picture of your application, you can do that also. Please make sure that the picture is not blurry and you can see everything clearly. (no excess space on the sides)
